I think it is the easiest one.
Japanese language has four ways of writing - with hiragana, katakana, kanji and romaji.
You can easily find a hiragana chart on the internet.
For me, the best and easiest way to learn it is to write words you know the meaning of with hiragana. That way you'll learn it more quickly.
For instance め (me) is not only a letter, it is also a word. It means the eye.
So next time when you see め (me) you'll connect it with the image of the eye.
Or ね (ne). It's very common ending of sentences, meaning It is so.
めですね。
